What this calculator does and does not do

It does arithmetic on numbers you enter. You choose the compound, the amount in the vial, the water and the dose. MilliMark does not recommend a compound, a dose or a schedule, and cannot tell whether any of it is appropriate or safe for you. It is not medical advice and not a substitute for a doctor or pharmacist.

A calculator also cannot know what is really in your vial. If the label is wrong, every number here is wrong with it.

New Zealand: since December 2025 many peptides are prescription medicines. Importing or possessing them without a prescription breaches the Medicines Act 1981, and Medsafe has stated that labelling a product "for research use only" has no legal effect. Rules differ in every country — check your own.

Storage is formulation-specific.There is no universal 28-day rule for every peptide or compounded preparation. Follow the product label or your compounder’s written beyond-use/storage instructions; MilliMark will only count down a use-by period that you enter from that source.

Every number is tagged by where it came from. Clinical means a human trial or approved label. Community means a protocol circulated by vendors, clinics or forums with no human dose-ranging trial behind it.

Combinations

What gets stacked, and what shouldn't

This is a record of combinations that are commonly reported and the reasoning given for them — not a recommendation engine. Nothing here is telling you what to take.

Every combination below multiplies unknowns. Two compounds with thin human data do not become better evidenced by being taken together, and side effects that overlap (nausea, blood pressure, fluid retention) add up rather than cancel.

Before you buy a pre-mixed vial

Three things about blends

  • The names mean nothing official. Wolverine, GLOW and KLOW are nicknames vendors and forums attached to combinations. None is a brand, a drug name or a regulated product, and different suppliers sell different ratios under the same name. Always read your own vial label.
  • You lose the ability to adjust one component. The ratio is set when the vial is made. If one part disagrees with you, the only lever you have is dropping the whole blend.
  • Pre-mixing raises a stability question. For the GHK-Cu blends specifically, GHK-Cu is reported most stable around pH 5.5 to 6.5 while BPC-157 is normally handled near neutral. Critics argue pre-mixed GLOW and KLOW lose potency over time because of that mismatch; manufacturers dispute it. Independent stability data on pre-mixed blends is limited. Buying the components separately sidesteps the question entirely, and lets you dose them properly — BPC-157 and TB-500 are normally run on completely different scales and schedules.

Terms

What this is. MilliMark performs arithmetic on numbers you enter and keeps a record of what you log. It also computes nutrition targets and meal templates from figures you provide, and reproduces published supplement information with its sources. That is the whole product. It is not medical advice and it does not diagnose or choose a treatment for you. Reference dose/frequency figures reproduce source material; they are not personalised recommendations and should be independently verified.

Buying and refunds. The full version offers monthly and yearly subscriptions. Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, as the merchant of record, which handles payment, tax and receipts. If the app is faulty, tell us and we will fix it or refund you. Nothing in these terms removes the guarantees you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or equivalent consumer law where you live.

Legal status of what you log. MilliMark does not supply, source or endorse any compound, and takes no view on whether what you are doing is lawful where you live. In New Zealand many peptides became prescription medicines in December 2025; importing or possessing a prescription medicine without a prescription breaches the Medicines Act 1981, and Medsafe has said that "for research use only" labelling has no legal effect. Other countries differ. Checking your own law is your responsibility.

Consumer rights. Any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal or refund rights where you live remain unaffected by these terms. For help with a purchase or refund, contact [email protected] or Lemon Squeezy through your receipt. Manage future renewals in your customer billing portal.

Law. These terms are governed by New Zealand law. MilliMark is made by Ferngate Limited, a New Zealand company. Contact: [email protected].

The reference library. Figures are reproduced from published trials, approved product labels, and protocols circulating among vendors and clinics. Each is tagged with which of those it came from. Community-tagged figures have no human trial behind them and several are scaled from animal studies. No figure here is a recommendation, and the library going stale is a real risk — check the review date.

Accuracy. Every effort is made to reproduce sources correctly, but no warranty is given that any figure is accurate, current or complete. Verify anything you intend to act on. Verify inputs and source information before relying on a calculation.

Your responsibility. You decide what you do. MilliMark accepts no liability for any outcome arising from use of this app, to the fullest extent the law allows. If you are unwell, pregnant, taking prescription medication, or under 18, speak to a doctor instead of using this.

Payment. The full version offers monthly and yearly subscriptions. Manage cancellation through your purchase receipt or customer portal. If it does not work for you, ask for a refund.

Privacy

Your records and privacy

Records sync between your signed-in devices. Manage sync, recovery copies and exports from Settings → Backup & sync. Progress photos stay on their original device.

  • Sign in with a verified email to use MilliMark. Workout logging is free. Pro adds the paid tools; cloud records backup is a separate choice.
  • Optional usage counts are off by default and contain no health values. TikTok measurement has its own separate opt-in and also requires usage counts to be enabled.
  • Records are saved in this browser. After you sign in and agree to cloud records backup, the managed service synchronizes records while the app is open, unlocked and connected, and keeps versioned recovery copies. Progress photos are excluded; a full file export preserves records and photos together. Optional pseudonymous usage analytics send counts, without health values, and are off by default.
  • An account profile picture you choose to upload is stored by our sign-in provider, Clerk, and shown across your signed-in devices. It is separate from your private progress photos.
  • Suggestions you send contain only what you type in that form. Nothing is attached from your data. They travel through a small relay on millimark.app that emails them to us and stores nothing.
  • Managed cloud backup, when enabled, uses Clerk sign-in and private Cloudflare storage. It is encrypted in transit and at rest, but is not end-to-end encrypted, and processing may be outside your country. Photos are excluded. Pausing keeps cloud copies; deletion is available in the cloud panel. Backup privacy and retention details.
  • Limited technical requests can leave your phone: a diagnostic report only if you opt in (what broke and where, your build and device — never your log, doses or name); a suggestion you choose to send; a purchase, which goes to Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record under its own privacy policy; and ordinary hosting logs kept by the hosting provider.
  • To see your records, open the app. To take a copy, use Settings → Backup & sync. Device erasure is under Settings & more → Privacy & data. For anything else, [email protected] — Ferngate Limited, New Zealand, is the responsible company under the Privacy Act 2020.
  • If you buy the full version, the payment processor handles your card and holds your email. MilliMark never sees your card details.
Keep a copy of your photosUnsynced work can be lost if the device is lost or its storage is cleared. Settings → Backup & sync shows sync status and recovery options. Progress photos stay on this device; keep a full file export to recover them.

Provenance

Where the reference data came from

Clinical figures are drawn from trial publications and approved product labels — among them the STEP 1 (semaglutide), SURMOUNT-1 (tirzepatide) and retatrutide Phase 2 trials in the New England Journal of Medicine, the Teichman CJC-1295 pharmacokinetic study, the Adunsky MK-677 hip-fracture trial, and the FDA labels for Egrifta, Vyleesi and Scenesse.

Community figures come from vendor and clinic protocol pages. Those sources are secondary, not peer-reviewed, and several sell the products they describe. They are included because they reflect what is actually circulating, not because they are reliable.
