Questions people ask
Does it tell me how much to take?
No. It shows what the research and the circulating protocols report, tagged by source, and you decide. The calculator then makes sure the dose you chose is the one you actually draw.
Where do the numbers in the library come from?
Clinical figures come from trial publications and approved labels — STEP 1, SURMOUNT-1, the retatrutide phase 2 trials, the Teichman CJC-1295 study, the FDA labels for Egrifta, Vyleesi and Scenesse, among others. Community figures come from vendor and clinic protocols and are labelled as such. Each entry carries a review date.
Is my data private?
Completely. Everything is stored in your browser on your phone. There is no server holding your log, so nobody — including us — can see it or recover it. Export a backup if it matters.
Is it an app or a website?
Both. Open millimark.app, add it to your home screen, and it installs like an app: full screen, its own icon, works offline.
What if I change phones?
Export a backup from More → Data, import it on the new phone. Your licence key re-activates the full version from the purchase email.
Who makes it?
