MilliMark vs Hevy: which workout app fits your day?

Compare Hevy’s workout and social tools with MilliMark’s workout log, nutrition and daily plan.

Start with the job you need done

Hevy and MilliMark both help you record training. The useful question is which workflow you want to return to between sessions. Hevy presents workout logging, progress tracking and social interaction as its main areas. Its published feature list includes previous workout values, a rest timer, supersets, measurements and progress photos. That makes it worth considering when recording lifts and sharing training are your main priorities.

Where MilliMark fits

MilliMark puts a daily plan, a planned-session card and quick food and water actions on Home. Workout logging, manual programs, history, the exercise library, a rest timer, optional cloud records backup and sync, and local export remain available on Free. Nutrition, generated plans, body trends and photos, Calendar and training partners are Pro features. Create a free email account to begin the tracker. Pro is optional.

Compare a real week

Use one ordinary session for your comparison. Enter the same exercises, loads and repetitions, correct a mistake, finish the session and find it again in history. Then check the work outside the gym: whether you want meals and targets alongside the workout, how you protect your records, and how much social interaction you actually want. A longer feature list is not automatically a better daily routine.

Know the limits before switching

MilliMark runs in a browser and can be added to a phone’s Home Screen. It is not a native Apple Watch workout app, and this comparison does not promise a direct Hevy import. Keep an export of your existing history before changing tools. Local browser records are not automatically a cloud backup; MilliMark’s optional records backup requires sign-in and consent, and excludes progress photos. A full file export protects those separately.

Choose the workflow you will keep

Hevy’s social and gym-focused tools may suit you well. MilliMark is an option when you want the daily plan, lifting, food and recorded progress together. Try the free workout log first. If a Pro trial is available, MilliMark shows its terms before you start. Compare the experience before deciding to subscribe.
